Sky lanterns are not legal in some countries. We can not keep track of which countries they are legal and which countries they are not. It is YOUR responsibility to know the laws where you live. If sky lanterns are illegal in your country and your country's customs officials confiscate the sky lanterns you have ordered WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY OR RE-SHIP YOUR ORDER - NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping is expensive, the sky lanterns cost us money and filling out customs forms takes time. Once we ship an international order it is out of our control.
Now that the scary part is out of the way. Placing an international order is pretty easy. All you have to do is email us - sales@buyskylanterns.com - tell us how many cases of sky lanterns you would like and give us your mailing address, including country and postal code. We will then send you an email back within 24 hours giving you the shipping options and costs, coupons and discounts can not be used for international orders.
How to pay us:
1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Click the "Send Money" tab
3. In the "To" section put sales@buyskylanterns.com
4. Enter the total amount owed for your order and then select U.S. Dollars as the currency
5. Below the section where you enter the payment amount click the tab that says "Personal" and then select the option that says "Payment owed"
6. Click the "Continue" button and complete the transaction.
Once you have sent the payment for your product total and shipping we will ship your order out within 24 hours and send you an email letting you know that it was shipped out, along with tracking information if there is any. Tracking is not always available for international orders due to some country's postal systems, although orders shipped UPS almost always have tracking, however UPS is not always available as a shipping option (because UPS does not ship to some places).
We currently do not ship orders to the following countries: Afghanistan, Pakistan, China, Iraq, North Korea, Cuba or Iran.
