All orders are shipped out within 72 hours of receiving them (except orders placed on Friday, Saturday and holidays), most orders are shipped out within 24 hours. Next Day Shipping orders are shipped as soon as possible.
Orders with free shipping (orders of $120 or more) are sent via UPS ground.
Almost all orders that have USPS Parcel Post selected as their shipping method are shipped UPS ground, due to UPS's enhanced tracking service. If your order is being shipped to a P.O. Box it will not be sent by UPS. If you would specifically like your order shipped via USPS Parcel Post and NOT UPS Ground, please let us know by either telling us in the "instruction/message to seller" box in PayPal during checkout or sending us an email immediately after you order.
Sky lanterns can be shipped UPS Ground with tracking (3 to 7 business days), USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation (5 to 10 day), USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (2 to 3 day), USPS Express Mail with Delivery Confirmation (1 to 2 days) or UPS Next Day (overnight). If you live in Alaska or Hawaii it can take as much as 30 days to recieve your order if shipped via Parcel Post.
